  11. A checksum is computed as an error-detecting code, to protect the BIOS settings stored in the CMOS memory

  12. How do i install iATKOS_L2 in Vaio z128GG (8GB, 256GB SSD). It boots up fine but always get stuck at apple screen with unavailble icon, also get "still waiting for root device" in prompt windows like.

    Any help please.

  13. this means that it is not reading the drive you have iAtkos n your bootloader on.
also check your bios to make sure something didn't inadvertently revert to another drive or something as the boot order.

  29. How to install this image on VMWare 8?

  30. Recommeded HD settings are AHCI mode in BIOS for SATA drives; and MBR as the partition type. Apple hardware uses an EFI BIOS capable of GPT disks. All of you with boot problems should make sure BIOS is set to AHCI, proper drive selected for boot, and MBR for partition table when formatting with Disk Utility.
